About Me

My name is Alejandra Guan Zheng, and I am a psychology student with a strong interest in understanding human behavior, identity, and cognitive processes. I am interested in how people think, learn, and understand their expreiences across life and culture.

My academic interests include cognitive psychology, development, and social behavior. I enjoy linking psychological concepts to real-life situations, whether in research, class discussions, or hands-on projects. I am particularly curious about how processes like memory, perception, and emotion are influenced by relationships, culture, and environment.

Beyond academics, I enjoy creative expression through art, music, and cultural traditions, which help me view psychology as both a science and a way to understand human experience.

I value personal growth, reflection, and lifelong learning. I am motivated by curiosity and a desire to better understand both myself and others. Through my studies and creative interests, I hope to continue developing skills that allow me to communicate thoughtfully, empathize deeply, and contribute meaningfully to my academic and professional communities.
